Marie-Ange Saint Clair: La Goulve. Erotic Witchcraft (La Goulve), 1972 is the most mysterious film reviewed in my blog and that I've seen for all those years that I've been exploring obscure Eurocult cinema. But I've found some interesting information about it during my extremely thorough research. And here I will share it with you, as well as tell you about what the film feels like ( spoiler : it's one of the best films I've seen). Let's get down to business. Table of Contents   Historical Facts and Rumors About the Film Erotic Witchcraft (La Goulve) is an obscure mystic horror film, shot in 1972 by a French director Mario Mercier , who is better known for his later picture — A Woman Possessed (La Papesse), 1975 . Obscure Exploitation Film Scores (60s-70s B Movies)

It's a good vampire horror story with typical 70's exploitation genre features. Among the community of European old horror lovers this film is not mentioned as often as other classics of the genre, which adds even more curiosity. Table of Contents Trailer:   Plot Summary A group of people, hired as employees at a mansion of an aristocrat, are going by bus to their working place. A sudden death of their driver makes them decide to make an unplanned stop at a village that is absent on the map. As you can assume looking at the title of the film , the village and its inhabitants appear to be unusual, and the company has to stay at the village for longer than planned. And as it's a horror film, obviously some of the members will have to stay for especially longer time, if

Except for Jeepers Creepers - the project is extremely obscure and already dead. The author is a mysterious personality. I knew him online some years ago.
